Let’s get real for a minute. We’re a small agency. We’ve only been around for five years. We started out with five people, two clients and a serious work ethic. Since we launched, we’ve been focused on just one thing: making good work for good folks.
Well. Someone noticed.
Today, Inc. Magazine named us to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
(Pause for celebration. That sound you hear is us popping the champagne. Pour yourself a glass or crack open a cold one and pull up a chair and let’s talk this out.)
So what’s the deal?
For more than 35 years, Inc. Magazine has honored America’s fastest-growing private businesses on the Inc. 5000 list. 5000 is a big number, and this list is a big deal—the Inc. 5000 family includes a few companies you might have heard of, like Microsoft, Facebook and Under Armour. And now us, too, clocking in at a very respectable #3,285.
Thanks! We’re hyped.
But how’d you do it?
Short answer: we worked our tails off.
Long answer: Between 2014 and 2018, we grew by a whopping 300%, growing our headcount from 5 to 20 and our client roster from 2 to 421. In the process, we created thousands of ads, earned millions of views and consumed something like 96 dozen doughnuts.
That’s a lot of doughnuts.
You’re not kidding. It’s been one heck of a four years, and we have no intention of slowing down anytime soon. (Unless those doughnuts catch up with us.) We’re small, but we’re mighty. Our work gets results, gets noticed and gets awards. And we’re just getting started.
Here’s the important stuff, though: none of this—the work, the awards, this spot on the Inc. 5000 list—would have been possible without you. Yes, you, the person reading this. Whether you’ve been a client (extra thanks!), a friend of the agency, or you’re someone who just likes to read this blog, thank you. We got into this business to share good stories and engage people all over, and if you’re reading this, you’re part of the reason why we do what we do. We hope you’ll celebrate this achievement with us. So stick around for the party, pop some champagne and don’t be a stranger. We’d love to hear from you—give us a shout.
