Here at Zipie, we’re a strategic group. We’re always plotting about ways we can improve as a team (even when that includes playing games1) and continue to help clients reach their business goals. This year, we have some lofty goals and big dreams. And we came together over some mimosas, art and good food to talk all about it.
Our goals for 2019 are simple, really, because we believe simplicity and transparency is at the heart of all business. These goals all center around a T.S. Eliot quote:
“Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.”
So, we went into risk and what that means for our digital advertising agency. We discussed the future, dreamt a little and worked together to develop a strategy moving forward. We thought about thinking—no, really—and how we can shift from “I’m not awesome at this” to “What am I missing?”
Overall, we got together to encourage each other, review our last year and come together for the next one. And, as you’ve likely heard on social media, we’ve got some pretty good things in store for this year. If you want to burst into “Welcome to New York,” we won’t blame you.
